CORINALDO - This wonderful estate is itegrated harmoncally in to the soft hilly landscape of the region Marche. It consists of a main building and a guest depandance. It amazes through spectacular panoramic views on hills, fields, olive gardens and vineyards. It combines the quietness of the countryside with closeness to neighborsand the village. At the farm of the next neighbor, begins a 400 m longasphalted private street through the fields that ends at the estate. The charming, historical village of Corinaldo is 3 km away. it is one of the most beautuful cities of the Marche, completely surrounded by medieval wall.
The main building goes back the 18th century and has been carefully renovated between 2003 and 2007. Many of the original materials and details could be saved. It consists of two levels with together 260 sqm. The guest hous has been newly in 2007. Its ground level has surface of 50 square meters, through elegant iron stairs can be reached a 20 sqm bedroom on the first floor.
Both buildings are situated in a 1900 sqm , eell kept mediterranean garden with pool. The heart of the building is a spectacular 80 sqm living room with larg traditional fire place. A unique feature is his original, completely conserved brick ceiling, supported by massive iron pillars. Two big windows doos are opening to the back side garden and the front terrace. The living room is connect to the dining and kitchen area through an oper arc.
From the dining area a brick stair case leads to the upper level- First, one arrives in a large ante room used as a library. From it one can reach the sleeping area with 4 relatively large rooms. One of them has a beautiful open fire place and can be tranferred by folding-doors into an open space to be used as sitting room or studio. In the first floor there is also the large elegante master bathroom with barrier free shower and Jacuzzi bath tub.
All sleeping room are aie conditioned.
GUEST HOUSE
The guest house which technically completely autonomous is situated only a few steps from the main house. As it has been newly built its style has been kept modern. On the ground floor there is a living area which is open up to the roof. From it, a stylish iron stair leads to de upper bed room.
Aside to the living room there is a small dining zone connect with a completely equipped open kitchen. In addition there are a storage room with window and a very nice bathroom.
GARDEN AND POOL
Main house and guest house are centrally situated in a 1900 sqm garden. Palm trees, cypresses, oleander, rosemary, lavander and agave are giving him its mediterranean flair. Old oak, mulberry and poplar trees are producing enough shadow in summer.
The pool with its 10 m by 5 m has the ideal size. Through Roman stairs, also children can enter easily. the pool is surrounded by a ston terrace. The temperatures of the area allow to use the pool from April to october. The pool is integrated into the garden landscape between a Mediterranean rock garden and palm trees.
The estate is completely sorrounded dy a laurel hedge so that complete privacy is always guaranteed.
